Unlike market adopted practices, we don’t treat cows for money making machines. We don’t increase the milk production by injecting cows with any kind of hormone injections. They give milk as per their natural capacity.
We believe in ethical practices and provide our customers with zero chemical and zero preservative raw milk at their doorstep directly from our Goshala.
We are promoting our local indigenous breeds of cows; therefore, we have Haryanvi cows in our farm which is located at Panchali, bhagpat Road, Meerut.
We don’t process or pasteurize milk. It’s completely natural raw milk which is healthier to consume for human beings.
As these cows doesn't have hump, thus they don't have special vein which is called "Surya Ketu Nadi" due to which they can't absorb energy from Sun. Thus, their products don't possess medicinal qualities.
In the current scenario, the utility of cows has been just reduced to a milk making machine. They are kept in most unhygienic conditions and treated in the most unethical manner. Some of these malpractices in which cows are continuously kept pregnant, no milk is fed to their calves, harmonic injections being given to increase the milk yield and contaminated feed are the part of their diet.
Processed or pasteurized milk undergoes pasteurization or is homogenized where it is heated to 280-degree Fahrenheit to increase the shell life.
Gokulam A2 milk from Desi Haryanvi breeds comes in raw form at your doorstep. We refer our milk as Ahimsa milk as our cows are kept and care with love. Thus, the milk comes from these cows nourishes our mind, body, and soul.
We prepare our ghee from the milk of the cows that graze freely in the forest and eat herbs of high medicinal value.
Gokulam ghee is prepared in a traditional bilona method, which makes it distinct from the ghee available in the market.
We prepare our ghee in the most hygienic conditions maintaining very strict cleanliness standards.
Approx. 30-35 liters of Desi Cow’s Milk being consumed to make 1 liter of ghee.
